  • Often, I’m logged in to SL, but paying attention to a different window.  If I don’t answer your IM within a few hours, please contact me by email at ely.eilde at gmail. Be as specific as you can so I can help you.
  • There is a redelivery terminal at the main store (even works for Marketplace purchases made after November 28, 2014.)
  • Because elymode items are not transferable, I don’t offer refunds except for accidental dual purchase of the same item. Please contact me with transaction history and details if this happens.
  • If you purchase 4 or more items from a fatpack, and then say to yourself “oh damn, I would have just bought the whole pack to begin with!” get in touch with me. If your purchases were within the past two months, I can work that out with you if you can provide me with the relevant transaction history.
